Seven Seas #3 is located on the main level (pool side) with ocean views. The Seven Seas is a small condominium complex located in the quiet beach community of South Akumal, just two and half miles south of Akumal proper.

Guests of Seven Seas enjoy a large beachside swimming pool with chaise lounges for relaxing in the sun. Each unit has a private patio area and is just a few steps from the sandy beach and water's edge.

Seven Seas #3 has two bedrooms, two baths, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for six and living area. From the living area access the pool side patio. The unit faces the ocean and has full views of the gardens and sea. Guests also enjoy ocean views from both bedrooms and access to the poolside patios.

The master bedroom is spacious. Furnished with king bed, private sitting area, writing desk with ocean view, private bath and air conditioning. The guest bedroom has two single beds which can be made to one king to accommodate couples or families. This bedroom also enjoys an ocean view and has a private bath air conditioning.

A great choice for quiet comfortable accommodations in a lovely setting.
