Casa Caleta is an exclusive 6000 sq. ft. villa, located 60 miles south of Cancun on the Yalku Lagoon in the Akumal area on the Riviera Maya.

Casa Caleta offers complete privacy in a sumptuous garden setting with paths that lead through the jungle to the incredible Yalku lagoon.

Enjoy privacy on this picture-perfect blue lagoon framed by the emerald green jungle. The best snorkeling is right out your door in the Yalku Lagoon. Because you are "living" on the lagoon, you are exempt from the daily entry fee others are required to pay to snorkel in the delightful lagoon.

The pool area is a tropical paradise where you can swim, lounge and work on your Coppertone tan. You'll find plenty of areas to relax to spend a blissful afternoon soaking up the sun or snoozing in the shade.

Indoor and outdoor living spaces are abundant at this jungle hide-away location. Sometimes it's difficult to differentiate between the two. Thirty feet of doors fold back so the living area and the outdoor palapa blend together. Take a stroll down the 40-foot hallway of glass to the four bedrooms is like a walk through a lush garden.

Bedrooms are spacious with generous closet space, air conditioning and private baths (some with indoor as well as outdoor showers!).

Living room faces the jungle and has comfy seating for everyone in your group. A TV area is adjacent to the living room. Dining room can seat up to 12 guests; or have your meals on the huge outdoor palapa patio with seating for 12.

Some of Akumal's finest restaurants and stores are within a mile. But full time maid, gardening and chef service is included in the price of the rental. So let the staff treat you to cook service twice daily (breakfasts and dinners); you just pay for the groceries.
