Casa del Mar is located on the first point of Half Moon Bay, oceanfront and convenient to everything. There's plenty of room, too: 2 bedrooms each have king-size beds and private baths, and a third bedroom has a double and one twin; in all, there are 3 bathrooms. Casa del Mar can accommodate up to 7 guests. In addition, it has a spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities. Entire roof is a large observatory with a beautiful view of Akumal and the Caribbean Sea; even a telescope for stargazing.
This excellent villa was completed in November of 1995 and a new swimming pool was completed in 2003. The home features Italian tile, coquina and Ticul marble floors as well as bathrooms done with Mexican Talaverra tile. The villa is furnished with handcarved Mexican antiques. Equipped with TV/VCR, a good selection of videotapes, CD/tape player, a library and barbecue grill. Maid service provided daily except for Sunday.
Casa del Mar is a 2200 square foot villa property in exclusive North Akumal area. The villa has a downstairs master bedroom with ceiling fan, bath, an extra large upstairs master suite with king size bed and two baths, air conditioning, laundry and bunk bed for the kids or singles. It also has an ultra modern kitchen, UV water filtration system, living room and dining room, as well as oceanfront and garden patios.
