This villa features privacy and is ideal for groups of up to 18 with 6 bedrooms and 5 baths.

Spectacular snorkeling is available in your own "backyard." Half Moon Bay is a delightful playground for serious snorkelers. Just down the road, is the Yalku lagoon which also is brimming with colorful tropical fish and fine snorkeling opportunities.

One of the well-thought out features of KokoBeach is is oversize swimming pool. The large alberca (swimming pool) features a crescent shaped "wet bar" with in-pool seating for up to 10. What they call an aquatic solarium is the shallow lounging area (also ideal or kids!). Main section of the pool is deep and spacious; truly built for a large group!

Other outdoor living spaces include the oceanfront palapa where you'll find several hammocks. Poolside patios and terraces with suspended hammock-style chairs. Poolside terrace has two large tables with chairs for outside dining.

Inside dining room has seating for 10, plus tables on the adjoining outdoor terrace. There are also 6 stools at the lunch counter between the kitchen and dining room.

In the sunken living room is a big screen TV, library of DVDs, books and CDs. Built-in sofa curves to provide the "best seats in the house" for the dazzling views of Half Moon Bay. Four bright bean bag chairs add a splash of color and fun to this oceanfront beach house.

HUGE kitchen is equipped with all that you need to cook as much–or as little–as you wish. You'll find a microwave plus convention oven, 6 burner gas range, side by side refrigerator with icemaker, 6-slice toaster, 18-cup coffeemaker (plus a smaller one as well), juicer, pots, pans and dishes. Perhaps you want to be pampered during your stay; we can arrange cook service. Enjoy a carefree vacation and sample authentic Yucatacan cuisine in the privacy of your oceanfront villa.

KokoBeach has a total of 6 bedrooms, with 4 bedrooms in the main house, 1 bedroom in the penthouse suite and one bedroom in the garden bungalow. For a group of up to 10, you can reserve the main house only. For a group of up to 14, you can book the mainhouse and the penthouse suite. Mainhouse, penthouse suite and garden bungalow can be reserved for up to 18 guests. KokoBeach is only booked to only one group at a time so you will not share any portion of the villa with another group.

Main house has 4 bedrooms: 2 on the first level (2 doubles, 1 king, 1 sleep sofa and 1 futon); 2 bedrooms on the second level (1 king, 2 twins). Main house sleeps 10.

Penthouse suite has 1 bedroom (king bed and queen sleep sofa). (sleeps 4)

Garden bungalow has 1 bedroom with king bed and queen sleep sofa. (Sleeps 4)
