It is just a three minute walk to beautiful sandy beaches, town and convenient to the ferry to Cozumel. Adjacent to golf course, overlooking Xaman-ha aviary, this home also includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, 2 story circular domed living room, and 1st floor bedroom with private bath, 2 twin beds and French doors leading to patio and yard. The 2nd floor includes a master bedroom with dressing area, private bath, and balcony, with king sized bed, and a second bedroom with private bath, and king size bed. A balcony with sitting area separates the two. All baths have tub/shower. Relax and have fun while your maid comes three times a week. An American property manager is there to help you with any details, from trip planning to advice on dining.
