Villa Nicte-Ha, ("Water Lily" in Mayan), 3 BR., 3 baths, was designed by the noted architectural firm of I. M. Pei and Associatesand has been featured in Architectural Digest. Balconies and sun decks reach out from all rooms giving each a view of the Caribbean Sea.
The villa provides spacious living for a dream vacation. Villa Nicte-Ha is furnished with Mexican antiques, original paintings and interesting pieces such as the living area "shoe table" which features a collection of lost "soles" found along the ocean, including a beat up sandal, a lady's slipper, a black slip-on . . . all displayed under glass in this unusual table. Gather around for an evening of shoe-stories! Each person can select a shoe, then see who can come up with the most creative "lost sole" tale.
Nicte Ha also has Mexican tile floors and Talavera tile bathrooms and kitchen. It has a downstairs guest bedroom with twin beds (which can be made up as king) and bath, a large upstairs master bedroom with king-size bed and bath, a good size upstairs guest bedroom with queen bed and bath and also two children's rooms each with a set of bunk beds are located adjacent to the upstairs bedrooms. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned. Each bedroom has private balcony.
