Casa Playa del Caribe is a spacious South Akumal vacation rental home nestled among palm trees overlooking the Caribbean on South Akumal Bay. Located in a secluded residential area along the Riviera Maya, Casa Playa del Caribe is a delightful vacation beach villa with four plush bedrooms, luxurious furnishings and a very nice position on the beach. Guests will delight in the quality and layout of this villa which is comfortably spacious, filled with beautiful furnishings and a cathedral ceiling over the living room.

Large windows face the beach and illuminate the 1st and 2nd floors. A second floor interior balcony looks down on the living room and has a furnished social area between the two upstairs bedrooms. Downstairs are two more bedrooms to total four for the house. Bedding arrangements are 2 kings, 2 queens and 2 doubles to sleep 10 comfortably. Three have private bathrooms. The two bedrooms on the beach level have sliders that open directly to the beach side of the house and furnished patio. The bedrooms upstairs have sliders that open to the second floor exterior terrace which faces the sea. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a curving stairway that goes from the second floor terrace to the beach. Inside, another stairway goes to the rooftop observation area and a spectacular view of south Akumal bay and the Caribbean.

On the first floor a fully equipped kitchen has an island with a marble top and seating for conversing with the cook or taking informal meals. There is also a formal dining table between the kitchen and the living room. A large wrap around built-in couch provides ample room for entertaining in the partially sunken living room, just two steps down from the dining area. A stereo CD/tape player is provided for your enjoyment. Glass sliders open to a furnished patio next to the sand. This is a great area to enjoy the beach from the shade, and out on the sand you will find plenty of beach lounges in both sun and shade, as you prefer. The combination of lush green palms, sun and blue sea is very tropical. A couple step toward the surf places you on the surf line for good snorkeling in the bay and strolls on the sand. Scuba divers can enjoy daily diving in one of Akumal's dive facilities located on Akumal Bay. Shopping and restaurants are also located in Akumal for all your vacation needs just a couple miles from the villa.
