Casa Sea Gate is an oceanfront villa located along the Riviera Maya in Akumal. Akumal is 60 miles south of the Cancun Airport.

This delightful 4,000 square foot boasts 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths and is situated on a dramatic rocky coastline with splendid views of the ocean. You are just a 3-minute walk to the sandy beach on Akumal Bay. In that same area you'll find a variety of restaurants, two small grocery stores, internet cafe, kid's club, money exchange and a few small shops.

Brightly colored flowers on the bouganvillia add a striking splash of color to the villa and the verdent garden area. The bright reds and oranges, together with the brilliant blue of the swimming pool create an exotic tropical garden setting In addition to the 21’ x 21’ foot swimming pool, the poolside area offers plenty of outdoor seating for the whole family, including outdoor table and hammock beneath a shady palapa, and outdoor speakers in which to enjoy your favorite music. In addition there is an barbecue grill and outdoor fryer in this area. Throw a few shrimps on the barbie, or have a cook prepare a sumptuous meal of fresh fish, chicken or Mayan specialties. Gregorio, the caretaker, is a sensational cook and is available to cook breakfasts and/or dinners; while his lovely wife, Margarita, assists him in serving the meals.

Inside, the living and dining room areas offer views of the Caribbean Ocean. Through the sliding glass doors off from this area is the oceanfront where you'll find an ample-sized pergola. Hammocks are strung waiting for afternoon nappers who will be lulled into slumber by the lapping of the waves.

Back inside is a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, a breakfast bar with four chairs, an internet connection, fax machine and printer. A large safe for storing valuables is located in the oversized pantry and a half bath is conveniently situated near the door which offers the easiest access to the pool.

An entertainment room is located just off the kitchen. This air conditioned, oceanfront room is furnished with satellite TV, DVD player and a selection of movies, as well as a stereo system with a variety of CDs.

On the north end of the living room is the downstairs guest bedroom with a king size bed, ocean views, private patio and en suite bath with stand up shower.

A unique open stairway from the living area leads to the three bedrooms on the second floor.

First bedroom is the chidren’s room with two double beds and a single bed. It also has its own bathroom and is perfect for the children with a large shower tub, skylights and playful wall decorations.

The other two bedrooms are accessed from a lovely outdoor terrace which offers great pool and jungle views. This terrace is an ideal spot for relaxing in the comfortable patio chairs or on the built-in couch while watching the sunset over the jungle.

The first bedroom on this level is the expansive master bedroom which features a striking brick-domed ceiling, a king size bed, a reading sofa, a large balcony with hammocks and extraordinary sea views, surround sound speakers and private bath.

Second bedroom off of the outdoor terrace is features a king size bed, a roomy balcony with unforgettable ocean views and private bath.

All four spacious bedrooms feature air conditioning, ceiling fans, as well as their own balconies with superb Caribbean views.
