Villa Palmeras Soliman Bay is located on a picture-perfect stretch of beach in the quiet beach area on Soliman Bay.
This casual beachfront vacation rental property has three levels plus a guesthouse with kitchenette. Three bedrooms are located in the main house with a fourth bedroom in the guesthouse.
Living room, dining room, kitchen and 1/2 bath are located on the main floor.
Living area has large l-shaped sofa plus a loveseat and two chairs and cable TV. Modern kitchen is fully equipped with 4-burner gas stove and oven, microwave, coffeemaker, blender and toaster. Dining room has table with seating for 6. Sliding glass doors from the living and dining room open to a large covered patio area with tables and chairs.
On the second level are two bedrooms, each with sliding glass doors to 2nd level patio area facing the beach and furnished with hammocks and chairs. Both of these bedrooms are air conditioned and have a private bath. One bedroom has 2 queens and the second bedroom has king bed.
An outdoor stairway leads to the third level bedroom. This large bedroom has dynamite views with windows on all four sides for sweeping views of the surrounding jungle and beach. This room has high ceiling with palapa style roof and with windows on all sides provides ample ventilation to keep this room cool year-round. The palapa bedroom has a king bed, seating area and private bath.
Fourth bedroom is located on the second level of the casita and has kitchenette, private bath, queen bed and jungle views.
Outside, the Villa Palmeras Soliman has a lush garden area with path leading to the white sand beach. A freshwater shower in the garden area allows you to rinse off after snorkeling in the pleasant bay. Palapa along the beach provides shade when you've had your quota of sun for the day. Sea kayaks are available for guest use. Toss a few burgers on the BBQ grill for a casual lunch or dinner.
If you have a large group, you can combine the Casa Palmeras Soliman and the Villa Yardena located next door. Together these properties have a 10 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 26 guests.
