Savor the tropical splendor of the Caribbean on Soliman Bay at Casa Soliman. This beach house was completed in 1999 and has rich colors in its fanciful tropical decor inside. Outside surroundings include plenty of sun, sand and palms with its Caribbean frontage on a private section of beach.
Spacious and comfortable for families and groups, Villa Soliman is located 15 minutes north of the Mayan Ruins of Tulum and the cenotes of Tulum. The great seafood beach restaurant, Oscar Y Lalo's, is 2 minutes away.
Casa Soliman has two spacious living rooms with comfortable couches that face the Caribbean beach area. The sunroom on the beach side is great for casual dining. Five bedroom suites are each decorated in a different theme and have private baths. Four have king size beds and one has two twins. The bathrooms feature hand painted tiles, showers and bidets. Two suites have private entrances.
The kitchen was designed and decorated in a tropical Mexican style and has all your basic needs, including range and refrigerator. A large dining room table is perfect for your group or family to enjoy a meal and talk about your adventures of the day.
Solar power with storage batteries is used to supply electricity 24 hours a day. The staff lives onsite in a separate casita and provides maid service, gardening and night time security. A local dive shop is a short walk down the beach.
