Seven Seas Condos are nestled in a tropical garden setting along the serene bay of South Akumal. This quiet, residential neighborhood is a popular choice for those seeking a peaceful, relaxing vacation on a private stretch of sandy beach.

The Seven Condos are fully equipped with complete kitchens with stove, microwave, toaster, blender and coffeemaker.  All units have lunch counters with bar stools for socializing or casual meals.  For more formal meals each unit has a dining room.  The living rooms are all comfortably furnished and all units have furnished outdoor patio areas.

Along the beach are lounge chairs where you can relax for the day. If you get hot, slip into the crystal clear bay for some snorkeling, or take a dip in the large freshwater swimming pool. Sea kayaks are provided for guest use.
